Prices offered depend on the pen.  For most vintage pens whose retail value each exceeds $100 , Vacumania can provide a fair wholesale offer. Large collections of course are welcome.

Vacumania attends several major pen shows and sells on ebay, enhancing pens for sale with large, accurate pictures.  Consignment might be appropriate for pens of significance.

On the rare occasion that a pen is not one in which I can deal, references to other dealers will be provided.

In general, pens from quality manufacturers, in larger (or extra-small) sizes, with good color, or with metal overlay, tend to be the most valuable.
